On Saturday June 17, the Swiss Team CHallenge 2023 will take place, a fitness competition for all CrossFit affiliates in Switzerland. CrossFit Leman and CrossFit Basel come together to organize the biggest Swiss CrossFit competition.
The principle: a team of 4 people, 3 categories, 4 WODs and above all a lot of fun! These WODs are really accessible to everyone, so register in droves.
Nothing could be simpler to participate in this competition, you just need to form a mixed team of 4 people:
- 3 men + 1 woman
- 2 men + 2 women
- 1 man + 3 women
Then comes the choice of category: Firebreathers, Regulars or Rookies. These are the equivalent of an RX, Scaled and Beginner. So no excuses not to participate if you're new to the box, there's a category for all levels!
If you are interested in participating, but you do not have a team, you can register your name at the box on the whiteboard.
Thank you also to the people who participate for registering on RESAWOD! For the others, we're counting on you to come and make some noise and encourage the community!

As a reminder, there are no other classes that day.
